Returns & Refunds
Can I return Eye Drops or Wipes?
For safety and hygiene reasons, all eye care products (drops, foams, wipes, nutritional supplements) are Final Sale once shipped. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately so we can make it right.
What is the return policy for Contact Lenses?
Unopened, unmarked, and sealed contact lens boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom lenses (RGP or specialized Toric) are final sale.

Does MyPear offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $135 within Canada.
Orders under $135 ship for a flat rate of $13.95 for standard delivery 3-5 days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on what you ordered:
● Eye Drops, Wipes & Vitamins: These ship same-day from our Ontario warehouse. Expect delivery via courier in 2-5 business days depending on your province.
● Contact Lenses: These ship directly from the manufacturer to ensure freshness.
Standard lenses take 5-10 business days, while Toric (astigmatism) lenses take 10-14 business days as they are custom ordered.
Where is my order?
Your tracking number is your best source of truth! The courier's tracking page always has the most up to date location information.
If your tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours or your order is past the estimated delivery times listed above, please reach out to us at support@mypear.ca or call +1 (778) 763-1346 so we can investigate.
How do I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?
A receipt is automatically emailed to you after checkout. If you need another copy for insurance purposes, simply log in to your account and select "My Orders" to download past invoices.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
No problem! Go to the Login Page and click "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset it instantly.
Does MyPear ship to all Canadian provinces?
Absolutely. Our eye care products ship from our Ontario warehouse to ensure fast delivery to BC, Alberta, the Maritimes, and the Territories. Free shipping is available on orders over $135.
Contact Lenses
Do I need to upload my prescription?
No. By placing an order, you confirm that you have a valid prescription from your eye care professional.
Can I order a different brand than what I wear?
No. You should only order the exact brand and parameters prescribed by your optometrist. Switching brands without a fitting can cause discomfort or vision issues.
Can I use dry eye drops with my contacts?
Yes, but check. Most preservative-free drops listed on MyPear (like Thealoz Duo) are safe for use with soft and rigid contact lenses. Always check the specific product with your eye care professional to be sure.
