A 0.02% pure hypochlorous spray, made in Canada, in two sizes. The 60 ml bottle is $18.99. The 120 ml bottle is $28.99, which works out to about 24 cents per ml and makes it the cheapest hypochlorous spray per ml we carry.
ProMed Eye Health makes it in British Columbia. Preservative-free, oil-free, vegan, no added fragrance, and the label calls it hypoallergenic. You either spray it onto a cotton pad and wipe your lids, or close your eyes and mist it straight on and let it dry. No rinsing, no rubbing.

Spray or Wipe? How People Actually Use It
Two ways. Spray onto a clean cotton pad and wipe along the lash line, one pad per eye. Or close your eyes tight, hold the bottle a little away from your face, mist, and let it air dry. The label says wiping is not needed after misting.

Is 0.02% the right strength?

Does it sting?

Can I use it on the rest of my face?
