Thealoz Gel is the same formula as those single-use Thealoz Duo Gel vials, except now it's in a 15ml bottle with 400 drops. If you've been buying boxes of minims and burning through them, this is what you've been waiting for.
Three active ingredients. Trehalose coats your corneal cells. Hyaluronic acid handles moisture. Carbomer is the gel agent that keeps everything in place longer. That third ingredient is why they dropped "Duo" from the name. It's not two anymore.

Both from Thea Pharma. Both preservative-free and phosphate-free. The price per drop is nearly identical, which surprises people. You're getting a stronger gel with a third active ingredient for basically the same cost as the lighter version. Compare that to I-Drop Pur Gel at 16 cents a drop or HYLO Gel at 19.
The Novelia bottle is easier to squeeze than you'd expect
Different bottle system from your Duo. Single-walled instead of the double-walled ABAK. If you've ever had to white-knuckle an I-Drop bottle to get a drop out, this is the opposite experience. Light press, one drop, done.
Blue tip for aim. Silver ion in the cap keeps it sterile without preservatives. First drop takes a couple extra seconds because the filter needs to prime. Not a defect. After that it's quick.
One thing: it's a gel. You'll get maybe 30 seconds of slight haze after putting it in. No glycerine in the formula though, so it clears way faster than the milky film you get from most gels. We've compared it side by side with HYLO Gel and it's noticeably better on the blur front.
