Nice to have a good vegetarian source of these omega 3 fatty acids. I haven’t done any chemical analysis on it to ensure it is what is says it is or anything, but it seems good :). I occasionally notice a bit of minty aftertaste, which is pleasant enough.

Great product for people who have fish allergies. It by passes the need to eat the fish for the good oils, you get what makes the good oil in the fish, the Algae. It is tasteless in this gel capsule. Does not need refrigeration. The aglae is not from the ocean but grown in controlled vats so no pollution from the ocean.
